<br />E-6 Demos Moved, Franke Seconded, that the City of Roseville
<br />be committed to fund the difference between actual project
<br />cost of the Central Park band shell and whatever amount can
<br />be reasonably raised through donations, and to retain
<br />Buetow and Associates to proceed with the bidding and
<br />construction phase at a cost not to exceed $4,624.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-7 Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Resolution 7562, appoint-
<br />ing election judges and alternate judges for the primary
<br />election on October 25, 1983, and the regular election on
<br />November 8, 1983, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Change Order No. 1 to
<br />the 1983 Improvements, Contract A, in the amount of
<br />$2,196.20, be approved, and that the Manager and Public
<br />Works Director be authorized to sign the Change Order.

<br />E-9 Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7563,
<br />certifying unpaid sanitary sewer and water accounts to
<br />the Ramsey County Auditor for collection during 1983,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Department's request for license to operate two or less
<br />bingo games per year, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-ll Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that The Best Steak House's
<br />request for malt beverage (on-sale) license at 1746 North
<br />Lexington, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.
