<br />to prepare an ordinance amending the City Code of the City of
<br />Roseville to provide for increases in pension benefits for
<br />members of the Roseville Firemen's Relief Association.

<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with the property owner
<br />of Lot 3, Block 5, C. W. Michaels Third Addition, allowing
<br />an existing garage to remain on a City utility easement with
<br />the property owners assuming all risks to the garage. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays:

<br />right-of-way at 2130 Dale Street and at 2907 Hamline Avenue
<br />be accepted, and that the City Attorney be instructed to

<br />below be referred to the Planning Commission meeting of
