<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following
<br />members present: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that tile minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of November 14, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None. Abstain:
<br />Johnson, because he was absent.

<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the City Manager be
<br />directed to draft a letter to the Metropolitan Council re-
<br />questing an extension of the deadline for joint powers
<br />Water Management Organization formation from December 31,
<br />1983 to July 1, 1984, for both the Central Ramsey Watershed
<br />area and the Grass Lake Watershed area. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that an ordinance be prepared
<br />incorporating changes which are housekeeping in nature into
<br />the City Code. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr,

<br />The schedule for considering the proposed storm water utility
<br />was reviewed by the Council. No action required.

<br />ized to execute an agreement with Teamsters Local 320, providing
<br />for conditions of employment for 1983 and 1984. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a public hearing be estab-
<br />lished for the meeting of December 12, 1983, to consider
<br />Larken, Inc. 's application for on-sale and special Sunday
<br />liquor licenses at 2540 Cleveland Avenue North, for the
<br />remainder of 1983, and renewal for 1984. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the easements for public
<br />street and pathway at 934 Woodhill Drive be accepted, and
<br />that the City Attorney be instructed to record the documents.
