CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - December 19, 1983. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Absent: None. A-l Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 12, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, to approve Presbyterian Homes' request for rezoning as amended to provide an R-3 zone commencing 50 feet from the west property line; and approval of the special use permit for the redevelopment of the school structure and its attendant parking area in accordance with plans dated October 25, 1983, subject to final approval of a signed agreement between the City of Roseville and Presbyterian Homes providing for the following: 1) Presbyterian Homes to dedicate the southerly six acres of the Lake Johanna School site. 2) The dedicated six acres would revert to Presbyterian Homes if it ceases to be used for parks and recrea- tion or open space purposes. 3) Presbyterian Homes will provide a street easement (at no cost to the City) approximately 40' x 410' extend- ing southerly from the improved Arthur Street. 4) The City will give favorable consideration to an application for Industrial Revenue Bonds, subject to any federal or state limitations. B-2 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Margolis Brothers Company's request for special use permit at 295 Larpenteur be continued lliitil the January 23, 1984 Council meeting.
