<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - December 19, 1983. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Absent: None. <br /> <br />A-l Johnson Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the <br />Regular Meeting of December 12, 1983, be approved. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, to approve Presbyterian Homes' <br />request for rezoning as amended to provide an R-3 zone <br />commencing 50 feet from the west property line; and approval <br />of the special use permit for the redevelopment of the school <br />structure and its attendant parking area in accordance with <br />plans dated October 25, 1983, subject to final approval of a <br />signed agreement between the City of Roseville and Presbyterian <br />Homes providing for the following: <br /> <br />1) Presbyterian Homes to dedicate the southerly six acres <br />of the Lake Johanna School site. <br /> <br />2) The dedicated six acres would revert to Presbyterian <br />Homes if it ceases to be used for parks and recrea- <br />tion or open space purposes. <br /> <br />3) Presbyterian Homes will provide a street easement (at <br />no cost to the City) approximately 40' x 410' extend- <br />ing southerly from the improved Arthur Street. <br /> <br />4) The City will give favorable consideration to an <br />application for Industrial Revenue Bonds, subject <br />to any federal or state limitations. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that Margolis Brothers <br />Company's request for special use permit at 295 Larpenteur <br />be continued lliitil the January 23, 1984 Council meeting. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PRESBYTERIAN <br />HOMES <br /> <br />MARGOLIS <br />BROTHERS <br />COMPANY <br />
