<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that adoption of an
<br />ordinance amending Section 145.120 of the city Code per-
<br />mitting impounding and release of animals be continued to
<br />the January 9, 1984 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance 935, amending
<br />Sections 71.020 and 71.030 of the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville changing sewer rates and charges, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Ordinance 936, amending
<br />Sections 66.3l0, Subsections I and 4, and Section 66.420,
<br />Subsection 3, of the City Code of the City of Roseville
<br />changing water rates and charges, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Resolution 7576 trans-
<br />ferring funds from the Contingency Account to the General
<br />and Recreation Funds for 1983 salaries in the amount of
<br />$72,571 and Employer Insurance in the amount of $14,798, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley Moved, Johnson Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager
<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with Mueller-Bies and
<br />others for future construction of public improvements at
<br />475 Minnesota Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr,
<br />Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
