CITY OF ROSEVILLE Regular Meeting of the City Council - January 9, 1984. The City Council met on the above date with the following members present: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Members absent: None. A-I Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that the minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 19, 1983, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. B-1 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Resolution 7577 approving Yale Marshall's request for final plat at 2120 Cleveland, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None. B-2 Franke Moved, Johnson Seconded, that American Redevelopers, Inc. request for: 1) Rezoning of the westerly 65 feet of the easterly 165 feet of the property at 1665 County Road B-2 from R-l (single-family) to S.C. (shopping center). 2) Variance to setback, from the easterly R-l zoning line, from 100 feet to 0 feet, to allow the building to be placed up to the rezoning line. 3) Approval of plans dated 1/4/84 with the following condi tions : Final plans for landscaping be reviewed by City staff with the neighborhood input; final plans for exterior building materials, air conditioning, lighting, trash disposal, and parking be reviewed by City staff; and final plans for drainage, utilities, and street access be reviewed by City staff subject to applicant filing a local improvement petition. be approved.
