<br />be established on Monday, January 23, 1984, at 5:00 p.m.,
<br />for purposes of discussing tax increment proj ects, petition
<br />process, EDP study, or other items deemed appropri ate. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-I Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that a petition be received WILLOW POND
<br />from the Willow Pond Committee requesting an improvement to
<br />Willow Pond and communicating that request to the Grass Lake
<br />Stormwater Management Organization for consideration in their
<br />master plan. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Curley, Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
