EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of May, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Johnson introduced the fOllowing resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8682 GRANTING CONCEPT APPROVAL TO MnDOT RICE STREET PROJECT, LARPENTEUR AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD B-2 WHEREAS, MnDOT is considering an improvement project involving work on Rice Street between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road B-2 in the City of Roseville for construction in 1992; and WHEREAS, the project involves resurfacing, storm drainage, traffic signals, pathways, and other miscellaneous improvements; and WHEREAS, a preliminary plan and cost allocation for the project was presented to the Roseville City Council on May 28, 1991; and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby approves the concept plan for the Rice Street project within the City of Roseville as presented by MnDOT staff on May 28, 1991, and the City of Roseville requests that MnDOT prepare final plans for consideration at a public meeting and a cooperative agreement which will also be approved by the City Council at a regular date. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, and Rog and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
