<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2660 civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, <br />on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of May, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson introduced the fOllowing resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 8682 <br /> <br />GRANTING CONCEPT APPROVAL TO MnDOT <br />RICE STREET PROJECT, LARPENTEUR AVENUE TO COUNTY ROAD B-2 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT is considering an improvement project involving work on <br />Rice Street between Larpenteur Avenue and County Road B-2 in the City of <br />Roseville for construction in 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project involves resurfacing, storm drainage, traffic <br />signals, pathways, and other miscellaneous improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a preliminary plan and cost allocation for the project was <br />presented to the Roseville City Council on May 28, 1991; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville hereby approves the concept plan for the Rice Street project <br />within the City of Roseville as presented by MnDOT staff on May 28, <br />1991, and the City of Roseville requests that MnDOT prepare final plans <br />for consideration at a public meeting and a cooperative agreement which <br />will also be approved by the City Council at a regular date. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Cushman and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Johnson, Maschka, Cushman, Thomas, <br />and Rog <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
