<br />E-8 Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Ordinance 942, amending
<br />Section 71.020, Subsection (5), of the City Code of the City
<br />of Roseville changing sewer rates and charges to $48.60 per
<br />year for each trailer unit, to become effective after January
<br />1, 1984, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-9 Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the Mayor and Manager be
<br />authorized to sign an agreement with the property owners of
<br />Lot 9, Block 1, Rosedale Terrace, identified as 2104 Avon
<br />Street, for the existence of a garage on a utility easement
<br />at that location. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-lO Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Brimhall School PTA's
<br />request for bingo license, less than three occasions
<br />annually, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
