<br />Kehr Moved, Johnson Seconded, that Earl Rymer's request
<br />for a 6-foot minor variance to side yard setback at
<br />2256 Lexington Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Kehr Moved, Franke Seconded, that Kenneth Klutzke's
<br />request for a 16-foot minor variance to side yard setback
<br />at 458 Woodruff Avenue, be approved with the condition that
<br />the garage doors be placed no closer than 18 feet from the

<br />request for variances to floor area ratio (from .3 to

<br />parking requirements (from 204 spaces to 146 spaces)
<br />at 3075 Long Lake Road, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />released from the sidewalk construction obligation at

<br />Franke Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7601
<br />calling for a public hearing on a proposal from
<br />Unicare Homes for an industrial development project
<br />pursuant to the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development
<br />Act authorizing the publication of a notice of hearing, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: Johnson and Kehr.

<br />Curley Moved, Kehr Seconded, that the bid for turf
<br />mowing tractor be awarded to R. L. Gould Company in the
<br />low bid amount of $18,900. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson Moved, Franke Seconded, that a quit claim deed
<br />from Minnesota Department of Transportation for turnback
<br />of a part of Trunk Highway 118 renumbered TH 36, TH 280, and
<br />TH 394 renumbered I-35W, to the City of Rosevil1e be
<br />received and that the City Attorney be authorized to record
<br />the quit claim deed at the Ramsey County offices. Roll
