<br />Johnson Moved, Kehr Seconded, that an ordinance rezoning the
<br />easterly 400 feet of the property at 500 County Road B, from
<br />R-l (single-family) to R-3A (multi-family), be continued to
<br />the May 7, 1984 Council meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke Moved, Kehr Seconded, that Arcon Construction
<br />Company's request for variance to noise ordinance to permit
<br />night work on the Snelling Avenue bridges over Trunk Highway
<br />36 and County Road B-2, be approved with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1) That the night work be limited to bridge decks.
<br />2) That the night work be limited to the periods April 23
<br />to May 4, and approximately June 18 to June 29.

<br />be authorized to sign an agreement with Health Resources
