<br />E-7 Kehr Moved, Curley Seconded, that Resolution 7620 RESOLUTION 7620
<br />declaring the adequacy of petition for the reconstruction
<br />of Dellwood Street south of County Road B-2 and
<br />ordering the engineering staff to prepare a feasibility
<br />study of Improvement No. P-84-20, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None
<br />
<br />E-8 Curley Moved, Franke Seconded, that the drainage easement DRAINAGE EASEMENT
<br />over Lot 6, Block 1, North Ridge Plat No.4, be accepted,
<br />and that the City Attorney be instructed to have the
<br />document recorded with the Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
