<br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />July 23, 1984 <br />-5- <br /> <br />E-14 No action was taken on the Commissioners' award regarding the <br />taking of property from PIK Terminal Company. <br /> <br />E-lS The Assistant City Engineer reported that the proposed storm <br />drainage pond plan developed by TRITOR Development, placing <br />most of the ponding on the three city-owned lots adjacent to <br />Oakcrest Avenue, is technically feasible; and that no action <br />is required at this time by the Council. <br /> <br />E-16 Curley moved and Kehr seconded the adoption of a resolution <br />for consolidated projects P-82-21 (Farrington and Iona Lane), <br />P-82-22 (Farrington Street) and P-82-32 (Matilda and Iona <br />Lane) receiving the assessment rolls and calling for a hearing <br />on August 13, 1984, for the proposed assessments. Roll call, <br />Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Curley moved and Kehr seconded the adoption of a resolution <br />for project P-82-23 (County Road C-2) receiving the assessment <br />roll and calling for a hearing on August 13, 1984 for the <br />proposed assessments. Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley <br />and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Curley moved and Kehr seconded the adoption of a resolution <br />for consolidated projects P-82-25 (Transit Ave.), P-82-27 <br />(Oxford Street), P-82-29 (Chatsworth Street) and P-82-30 <br />(Transit Avenue) receiving the assessment rolls and calling <br />for a hearing on August 13, 1984 for the proposed assessments. <br />Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Curley moved and Kehr seconded the adoption of a resolution <br />for project ST-P-82-28 (Skillman Avenue) receiving the <br />assessment roll and calling for a hearing on August 13, 1984 <br />for the proposed assessments. Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, <br />Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />Curley moved and Kehr seconded the adoption of a resolution for <br />project SS-ST-P-83-4 (County Road B and Dale Street) receiving <br />the assessment roll and calling for a hearing on August 13, 1984 <br />for the proposed assessments. Roll call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, <br />Curlpy and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />E-17 <br /> <br />Franke moved and Kehr seconded the establishment of a work session <br />at 7:00 p.m., July 30th, 1984 at the Roseville City Hall for <br />purposes of discussing preliminary budget information for 1985. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley and Demos. Nays: none. <br /> <br />E-18 <br /> <br />Kehr moved and Curley seconded the acceptance of the Quit claim <br />deed and easements from Presbyterian homes and instructing the <br />Ci ty Attorney to file the documents with Ramsey County. Roll <br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos.
