<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - August 27, 1984
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Members
<br />absent: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Johnson seconded that the minutes of the Regular
<br />Meeting of August 13, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None: Abstained: Franke,
<br />because she was absent.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that the 1985 Annual Budget and the
<br />1985-1989 Capital Improvement Program be continued to the
<br />September 10, 1984 Regular Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that a Council Work Session be
<br />established at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 5, 1984 to review
<br />the performance of the City Manager. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Paul Kurpiewski's request for
<br />minor variance at 2656 Galtier to bring the existing driveway
<br />into conformance and to allow the construction of an addition to
<br />the existing garage extending to within 3 feet of the south side
<br />property line be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Tim Knopp's request for minor
<br />variance at 1953 Midland Hills Road to allow the construction of
<br />an entrance way at the front of the existing house extending to
<br />withing 34 feet of the front yard property 1 ine be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-3 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Donald Liebenstein' s request for DONALD LIEBENSTEIN
<br />minor variance at 764 Sextant to allow the construction of a driveway
<br />extending to within 3 feet of the west side property line be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley, Franke, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-4 Curley moved, Johnson seconded that James Klein's request for minor JAMES KLEIN
<br />variance at 2965 Pascal to bring the existing driveway into
<br />conformance with City Code be approved with the condition that the
<br />Ci ty Code Enforcement Officer check the elevations of the drive
<br />before it is poured. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Curley,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None

<br />E-5 Curley moved, Franke seconded that Ed Flaherty's request for 2 ED FLAHERTY
<br />foot variance to rear yard setback and 19 and 24 foot variances
<br />to driveway setbacks at 1925 Lexington be approved with the
<br />following conditions:
