<br />E-17 Franke moved, Johnson seconded that Resolution No. 7655, RESOLUTION 7655
<br />initiating condemnation proceedings against property located
<br />at 1766 Bruce Avenue (Lot 7, Block 1, Fairview Hills,
<br />Ramsey County) be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-18 Demos moved, Johnson seconded that Resolution 7656, requesting RESOLUTION 7656
<br />the Rice Creek Watershed District to apply for a Federal
<br />Clean Lakes Grant through the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
<br />for improvements to County Ditch 4, South of Lydia be adopted.
<br />The City would pledge the local share of the project expense.

<br />Demos moved, Johnson seconded that the Rice Creek Watershed
<br />Board be requested to formally adopt a policy that future
<br />projects and local shares of grants be funded by the
<br />communities in which the construction occurs, rather than
<br />being spread to include others within the District boundaries.
