<br />B-6 Kehr moved, Curley seconded that Shorewood Corporation's request SHORE WOOD
<br />for preliminary plat and variance to parking setback to allow a CORPORATION
<br />shared access drive at 2231 Rice Street be approved, with the
<br />condition that a notation be placed on the plat indicating that
<br />the two small lots are unbuildable as separate lots; and establishing
<br />the hearing on the final plat for November 13, 1984. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Health Resources Assistance
<br />Corporation's request for preliminary plat, special use permit
<br />and rezoning from I-2 to B-2 at 2831 Snelling be approved with
<br />the following conditions:
<br />1) That a sidewalk be constructed along the Snelling
<br />Frontage Road.
<br />2) That the applicant petition for a sewer extension for
<br />Lot 3.
<br />3) That drainage plans be subject to staff review.
<br />4) That final landscaping plans be subject to staff review.
<br />5) That Lot 1 be noted as unbuildable on the plat.
