<br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - October 22, 1984.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members
<br />present: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Members absent: Johnson.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that the Minutes of the meeting of
<br />October 8, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Metropolitan Recovery Corporation's
<br />request for amendment to the zoning code be continued until the
<br />November 13, 1984 regular Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that a letter be sent to the Metro
<br />Council supporting Thor Bank's application to serve a three-year
<br />term on the Waste Management Advisory Committee as a citizen
<br />representative of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Edward Stewart's request for
<br />minor variance to bring the existing house into conformance with
<br />City Code at 2085 Farrington be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Arthur Schmidt's request for
<br />minor variance to allow the construction of an addition to the
<br />existing house, extending to within 28 feet of the rear yard
<br />property line, and to bring the existing house into conformance
<br />with City Code at 2312 Western Avenue be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Fred O'Neil Jr.'s request for
<br />minor variance and building permit under the Lakeshore Zoning
<br />Ordinance to allow the construction of a garage in the front yard
<br />of the property at 3164 West Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded that Presbyterian Homes' request
<br />to extend their special use permit at 1910 County Road 0 to
<br />December 19, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr,
<br />Franke, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Fruehauf Corporation indicates the existing building and parking
<br />lot meet City Code requirements. Therefore, no action is
<br />necessary on item 13-5.
<br />
<br />Franke moved, Demos seconded that Resolution No. 7661 calling
<br />for a public hearing to amend the Tax Increment Financing Plan
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Franke, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
