<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Heeting of the City Council - December 10, 1984. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the following <br />members present: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. <br />Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A-I Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the minutes of the <br />meeting of November 26, 1984 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the Council joint with the <br />Mayor in proclaiming the week of March 17 through March 24, <br />1985 to be Camp Fire Birthday Week in Roseville. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that C.R. Hakworthy's request for <br />preliminary plat at 171 Center Street be approved, with the <br />condition that the applicant provide for separate utility <br />services to each lot and connections to the mains in the street <br />as required by the subdivision regulations; and establishing the <br />hearing on the final plat for January 14, 1985. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Ordinance 965, amending the City <br />Code by adding Sections 10.400 and 10.410, establishing an I-2a <br />district and special uses therein be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Franke moved, Kehr seconded that First Grand Avenue Liquors <br />request for special use permit for off-sale liquor store, and <br />variance to allow parking to within five feet of the west side <br />property line at 3114 Old Highway 8 be continued to the January <br />14, 1985 Council Meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, <br />Curley, ,Johnson, and Demos.
