<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7671, condemning the
<br />persecution of the Baha'i community in Iran, be adopted. Roll

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Tanurb Development, Inc. request
<br />for rezoning from R-1 to SC, special use permit, variances and
<br />vacation of right-of-way be referred to the January 2, 1985

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Resolution 7672, declaring the RESOLUTION 7672
<br />adequacy of petitions for Projects P-84-37, SW-84-38, SS-84-39
<br />and W-84-10, and ordering feasibility studies on same be adopted.

<br />None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded that staff determination of 25%
<br />assessment of the Fairview reconstruction (P-84-37), and
<br />including the retaining wall for the pond be included in the
<br />Storm Water project (ST-84-08), and 75% of the cost would be
<br />specially assessed to the developer, be affirmed. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley, Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Presbyterian Homes request to
<br />extend special use permit at 1910 County Road D until June
<br />19, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Curley,

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Shorewood Corporation's request
<br />to extend special Ilse permit at 2231 Rice Street until August

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded that the following appl ications be
<br />referred to the January 2, 1985 Planning Commission meeting:

<br />2) M.T. Realty Corporation request for variance to sign
<br />area and height restrictions at 2350 North Cleveland.
