<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular Meeting of the City Council - February 11, 1985. <br /> <br />The Council met on the above date with the following members present: <br />Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />A-I <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that the minutes of <br />January 28, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />the meeting of <br />Curley, Franke, <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the Council J01n with the Mayor in <br />proclaiming Saturday, February 23, 1985 as Roseville Heartsaver Day. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-1 Curley moved, Kehr seconded that Tanurb Developments, Inc. request for <br />rezoning from R-l to Shopping Center, special use permit for site plan <br />approval, variances to building setbacks to allow the building to be <br />set back 50 feet on the north, 17 feet on the west, and 10 feet on the <br />east, variance to parking requirements per the site plan, and vacation <br />of right-of-way at 2480 Fairview Avenue be approved, with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the cost of the roadway changes related to the extension of <br />American Street be paid for by the developer to a maximum of <br />$23,000. <br />2) That additional right-of-way be dedicated on Fairview Avenue to <br />provide 49.5 feet of right-of-way. <br />3) That the following easement documents be recorded: <br />a. Access easement for the use of Mid-America Bank's private <br />drive on County Road B-2. The City reserves the right to <br />close the access to B-2 via the Mid-America Bank entrance <br />if, in the opinion of the City, a traffic problems exists. <br />b. Easement for the use of the common drive between the <br />proposed development and the development to the east. <br />c. Access easement to allow public use of the private roadway <br />from the west end of American Street to a public street. <br />d. Ponding easement for construction and maintenance of the <br />stormwater pond in the northeast corner of the site. <br />e. Easement for the planting and maintaining of landscaping on <br />the Williams Brothers Pipeline Company property. <br />f. Utility easements for existing utilities remaining after <br />right-of-way vacation and for other necessary utility <br />services. <br />4) That temporary easements be obtained through May 31, 1985 to <br />replace the easements lost in the vacation of right-of-way to <br />assure public use and access to the utilities and roadways prior <br />to the current residents moving and prior to the completion of <br />the replat process. <br />5) That the City be responsible for maintenance of the pond. <br /> <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />TANURB <br />DEVELOPMENTS <br />
