<br />authorizing the signing of a joint powers agreement between the
<br />cities of Falcon Heights, Maplewood, St. Paul and Roseville,
<br />Minnesota and establishing and empowering the Central Ramsey
<br />Water Management Organization, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />execute the 1985 - 1986 Master Labor Agreement with Local 49

<br />sign the Central Park Foundation proposal for the construction
