<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the City Council - March 11, 1985. <br /> <br />The Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Members absent: <br />Curley. <br /> <br />A-l Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that the minutes of the regular <br />meeting of February 25, 1985 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the City Council JOln with <br />the Mayor in proclaiming Thursday, March 14, 1985 as the <br />kickoff day for a campaign to achieve a smoke-free society <br />by the year 2000. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr <br />and Demos. <br /> <br />B-1 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Resolution 7694, approving <br />Fine Associates application for final plat at 2730 Snelling <br />Avenue Frontage Road East be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-2 <br /> <br />C. R. Hakworthy1s request <br />be continued to the March <br />Franke, Johnson, Kehr <br /> <br />Franke moved, Johnson seconded that <br />for final plat at 171 Center Street <br />18, 1985 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-3 Johnson moved, Franke seconded that Juanita Grayden's request <br />to withdraw application for final plat at 2254 Western Avenue <br />and reimbursement of $500.00 easement deposit be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />B-4 Franke moved, Kehr seconded that Metropolitan Recovery <br />Corporation application for rezoning from 1-2 to I-2a and <br />special use permit at 2430 Rose Place be approved, with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the facility construction and operation shall be <br />in accordance with regulations and approvals of the <br />Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br />2) That the development and operation shall be in <br />accordance with application, drawings and data as <br />submitted by the applicant dated March 1, 1985. <br />3) That the applicant provide environmental impairment <br />insurance in an amount no less than $5,000,000. <br />4) That the width of the entrance driveway be reviewed <br />with staff. <br />S) That the landscaping and engineering plans be approved <br />by staff. <br /> <br />7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />7694 <br /> <br />C.
