Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E-4 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that Norman Doerr's application <br />for division of lot at 1920 Gluek Lane be approved, with <br />the condition that the staff study the drainage in the area <br />to determine if any easement is required. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-5 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded that Robert Farinacci's <br />application for division of lot at 1892 Gluek Lane be <br />approved, with the condition that the staff study the <br />drainage in the area to determine if any easement is <br />required. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and <br />Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-6 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded that Sperry Corporation1s <br />application for variance to directional sign size at 2276 <br />Highcrest be approved, with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) That the signs be constructed in accordance with the <br />site plan dated 1/30/85. <br />2) That the signs be reviewed by staff at the time of <br />installation. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E-7 Johnson moved, Franke seconded that Golden Age Nursing Home's <br />request to withdraw their application for special use permit <br />and variance to setback at 1397 County Road B be approved. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />E-8 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that a public hearing be <br />established for Monday, April 8, 1985 to consider Stephen's <br />Liquor Store, Inc. application for off-sale liquor license <br />at 2577 North Fairview Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, <br />Johnson, Kehr and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-9 Kehr moved, Franke seconded that the bid for the purchase <br />of one new 1985 model 1/2 ton four wheel drive utility <br />vehicle with snowplow package be awarded to Midway Ford in <br />the low bid amount of $12,888, and that the bid for the <br />purchase of one new snowplow with electric hydraulic system <br />be awarded to Truck Utilities in the low bid amount of <br />$1,500.
