EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of June, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8685 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a certain drainage and utility easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of surround- ing land it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said drainage and utility easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage and utility easement as follows: That part of utility and drainage easement lying within Out- lot B. Ferriswood which lies within the following described lines: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Outlot B; thence North 0 degrees, 28 minutes, 13 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the West line of said Outlot B a distance of 651.87 feet; thence North 65 degrees, 52 minutes, 52 seconds East 103.36 feet; thence South 59 degrees, 00 minutes, East 30.0 feet to the point of beginning of the lines to be herein described; thence continuing South 59 degrees, 00 minutes East 25. 0 feet; thence North 51 degrees, 00 minutes East 70.0 feet; thence South 84 degrees, 42 minutes, 14 seconds East 61.47 feet; thence North 39 degrees, 00 minutes West 5.0 feet; thence North 88 degrees, 02 minutes, 05 seconds West 58.09 feet; thence South 67 degrees, 31 minutes, 06 seconds West 82.07 feet to the point of beginning. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Johnson, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
