<br />Tanurb Developments, providing public access from American
<br />Street to County Road B-2 be received, and authorizing the Mayor

<br />the Mayor and Manager to sign an improvements and reimbursement
<br />agreement with Tanurb Development, Inc., providing for
<br />construction of public improvements by the developer and
<br />subsequent purchase by the City, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />authorized to sign an earnest money contract with the Nazareth
<br />Building Association (Knights of Columbus) for the easements
<br />necessary for construction of Project 85-04. reconstruction of
<br />Snelling Frontage Road from Oakcrest Avenue north to Snelling
<br />Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos.

<br />the adequacy of a petition and ordering the preparation of a
<br />feasibility report on project W-84-13, watermain extension on
