<br />be referred to the June 5, 1985 Planning Commission meeting,

<br />B-3, special use permit for self-service restaurant, and
<br />variances to setback at 2080 County Road C.

<br />setback for sign and variance to number of parking spaces at
<br />1813 Lexington Avenue.
