<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Franke, Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson and Demos. Members absent: None
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of June 24, 1985 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Franke because she was absent.

<br />MINUTES

<br />B-1 Kehr moved, and Curley seconded, that Metropolitan METROPOLITAN
<br />Recovery Corp. application for final plat at 2430 RECOVERY
<br />Rose Place be continued to the July 22, 1985 Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Kehr moved, and Curley seconded, that Yorkton LTD, YORKTON
<br />Inc. application for final plat at 2350 Lexington
<br />Avenue be continued to the July 22, 1985 Council
<br />meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr,
<br />Johnson and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-3 Kehr moved, and Curley seconded, that Patrick Goff's GOFF
<br />application for final plat at 1230 Rose Place be con-
<br />tinued to the July 22, 1985 Council meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />B-4 Kehr moved, and Johnson seconded, that Ediner's appli- EDINER
<br />cation for on-sale wine license and non-intoxicating
<br />malt beverages license at 1655 County Road B2 be
<br />approved with the condition that the required liquor
<br />liability insurance coverage and bond be provided
<br />prior to the issuance of the license. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />C-1 Curley moved, and Franke seconded, that a Council work COUNCIL WORK
<br />session be established for 7:30 a.m., Friday, July 12, SESSION
<br />1985 to view and discuss potential redevelopment areas.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-1 Curley moved, and Kehr seconded, that Mark Modjean's MODJEAN
<br />application for a 6 foot minor variance to rear yard
<br />setback at 2106 Skillman be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Franke, Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-2 Kehr moved, and Franke seconded, that Resolution 7763 RESOLUTION
<br />requesting the Metro HRA to apply for and implement 7763
