<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - July 22, 1985

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr
<br />and Demos. Members absent: None.

<br />Curly moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of July 8, 1985 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Franke, Curley, Johnson, Kehr and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, motion approving
<br />Metropolitan Recovery Corporation's request for final
<br />plat at 2430 Rose Place. Roll Call, Ayes: Curley,
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Yorkton Ltd., Inc. 's
<br />request for final plat at 2350 Lexington Avenue be
<br />continued to the August 12, 1985 Council Meeting. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, motion continuing Goff
<br />Construction's application for final plat at 1230 Rose
<br />Place to August 12, 1985 council meeting. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, motion approvlng Burger
<br />King's request for sign variance at 2080 County Road C.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos.

<br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded motion to continue Mr.
<br />Hurias' request to divide lot at 2550 North Snelling
<br />Avenue to the regular meeting of August 12, 1985. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Curley, Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, motion to continue Frank
<br />Haggerty's request for lot division and rezoning at
<br />2218 Lexington until the August 12 City Council meeting.
