EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twenty- fourth day of June, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. councilperson Thomas introduced the following resolution and move its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8686 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-91-17 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. The City Public Works Director was directed to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement: P-91-17 Arona street extension, Ralph Reeder School site. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvement No. P-91-17. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 civic Center Drive, in said City, on July 8, 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: (see attachment) 5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvement No. P-91-17 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein.
