<br />to B-2 and Special Use Permit at 1906 Lexington
<br />Avenue be approved with the following conditions:
<br />1. That one driveway be permitted on Roselawn as
<br />approved by the staff.
<br />2. That the parking be limited to forty-six (46) spaces.
<br />3. That the landscape plans be approved by City staff
<br />based on negotiation with the adjacent neighbors.
<br />4. That the final drainage plan be approved by staff.
<br />5. That the roof top equipment be screened.
<br />6. That sixteen and one-half feet of additional

<br />store is located on contiguous B-2 zoned parcel" as a
<br />special use in the B-1 zoning district. Roll Call,

<br />establishing a Council Public Hearing for October 14.
