<br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that Graham <br />Diversified, Inc. request for rezoning from R-1 <br />to B-2 and Special Use Permit at 1906 Lexington <br />Avenue be approved with the following conditions: <br />1. That one driveway be permitted on Roselawn as <br />approved by the staff. <br />2. That the parking be limited to forty-six (46) spaces. <br />3. That the landscape plans be approved by City staff <br />based on negotiation with the adjacent neighbors. <br />4. That the final drainage plan be approved by staff. <br />5. That the roof top equipment be screened. <br />6. The rezoning shall be <br />effective only upon the adoption of an ordinance amend- <br />ment adding "Parking for off sale liquor store when <br />store is located on contiguous B-2 zoned parcel" as a <br />special use in the B-1 zoning district. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nayes: None. <br /> <br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that proposed zoning <br />amendment adding "parking for off sale liquor store <br />when store is located on a contiguous B-2 zone parcel" <br />as a special use in the B-1 zoning district be referred <br />to the October 2 Planning Commission Meeting, and <br />establishing a Council Public Hearing for October 14. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />B-6 <br /> <br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Graham Diversified, <br />Inc. DBA Budget Liquor application for off sale liquor <br />license at 1906 North Lexington Avenue be approved with <br />the condition that the required liquor liability <br />insurance and bond documents be provided.
