<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following ROLL CALL
<br />members present: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that the Council join with EPILEPSY
<br />the Mayor in proclaiming November, 1985 as Epilepsy MONTH
<br />Month in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the MINUTES
<br />regular meeting of September 9, 1985 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that Resolution
<br />7804, ordering Project P-W-SS-85-16, and
<br />authorizing preparation of plans be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley,
<br />and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that the staff be
<br />instructed to prepare the assessment roll in a
<br />manner similar to the method usedon the Fulham
<br />Street Project. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Resolution
<br />7805, declaring the adequacy of a petition for
<br />Project SS-W-P-85-23, East Snelling Frontage
<br />Road, and ordering the, ~reparation of a feasi-
<br />bility report be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Terry Huiras'
<br />request for final plat at 2550 North Snelling be
<br />continued until the October 14, 1985 meeting.

<br />and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Franke moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7806
<br />g1v1ng preliminary approval for housing revenue
<br />bonds for $1.9 million for Hillside Estates I at
<br />2231 North Rice Street be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Franke, Curley, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
