<br />1986 on-sale and off-sale liquor license renewal

<br />applications be referred to the November 6 Planning
<br />Commission Meeting, and that the City Council Public
<br />Hearing be established for November 18.

<br />Special Use Permits and variance at 2801
<br />Snelling Avenue.
<br />2. Hancock request for division of lot at 2062
<br />Lexington.
<br />3. Minnesota Federal request for variance at
<br />1717 Lexington Avenue North. (The Council
<br />expressed its concern about the adequacy of
<br />parking on the site.)
<br />4. Jeff Nielsen request for Special Use Permit
<br />at 2201 County Road C.
<br />
<br />Demos moved to amend the motion by deleting the
<br />referral of the Nielsen request for Special Use
<br />Permit at 2201 County Road C (motion died for
<br />lack of a second). Roll Call on the original
<br />motion, Ayes: Curley, Johnson, Franke, and Kehr.
