<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - November 18, 1985
<br />
<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Johnson, Franke, Kehr,
<br />Curley, and Demos. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of October 28, 1985 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None. Abstain: Johnson, because he
<br />was absent from the meeting.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />Special Meeting of November 6, 1985 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Johnson, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain: Franke, because she was absent from
<br />the meeting.

<br />B-1 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7823
<br />rescheduling the public hearing on Project P-85-
<br />18A from November 18 to December 2, 1985 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7824
<br />rescheduling the public hearing on Project ST-85-
<br />19A from November 18 to December 2, 1985 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution 7825
<br />rescheduling the public hearing on Project P-85-20A
<br />from November 18 to December 2, 1985 be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />B-2 Curley moved, Johnson seconded, that Jeff Nielsen's
<br />request for special use permits at 2201 County RoadC
<br />be approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the pond relocation is contingent on Minne-
<br />sota Department of Transportation approval.
<br />2. That the modified entrances to the site are
<br />subject to staff approval.
<br />3. That the final landscape plan is subject to
<br />staff approval.
<br />4. That the final drainage plan is subject to staff
<br />approval.
<br />5. That any further parking modifications must be
<br />approved by staff.
<br />6. That the development be constructed in accordance
<br />with plans dated November 6, 1985.
