<br />Council Minutes <br />November 18, 1985 <br /> <br />C-1 Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that a Council <br />Work Session be established for Monday, November <br />25, 1985, beginning at 5:00 p.m., for the purpose <br />of reviewing tax increment financing proposals and <br />any other items deemed appropriate by the Council. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 Kehr moved, Franke seconded, that the Council <br />confirm the election of Robert Koehn as Fire Chief <br />for the remaining fourteen months of the unexpired <br />term ending January 19, 1987. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Johnson, Franke, Kerh, Curley, and Demos. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />C-3 Johnson moved, Franke seconded, that Ordinance 986 <br />amending Section 232.095 of the City Code of the <br />City of Roseville by deleting the position of <br />Roseville Fire Department District Chiefs be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, <br />Kehr, and Demos. Nays: Curley. <br /> <br />E-1 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Allan Hancock's <br />request for division of lot at 2062 N. Lexington <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the southern lot utilize an internal <br />turnaround when developed. <br />2. That 16.5 feet be dedicated for right-of- <br />way on Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, <br />and Demos. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Roger Hess' <br />request for variances to setback and number of <br />parking spaces at 1911 Rice Street be approved <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the final grading and drainage plans <br />be approved by staff. <br />2. That the parking area be curbed. <br />3. That the final landscape plan be approved by staff. <br />4. That the entire building be painted. <br />5. That the development be constructed in <br />accordance with plans dated November 6, 1985. <br />6. That the new sod shown on the plans between <br />McCarron Street and the existing boulevard <br />shall be installed when McCarron Street is <br />improved. The new sod and landscaping west <br />of the existing building and adjacent to <br />McCarron Street shall be installed when the new <br />building is constructed. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson, Franke, Kehr, Curley, <br />and Demos.
