<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - December 2, 1985

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Members absent: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Curley seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of November 18, 1985 be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7828, ordering Improvement P-85-18A, and
<br />authorizing the preparation of plans be adopted.

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7829, ordering Improvement ST-85-19A, and
<br />authorizing the preparation of plans be adopted.

<br />7830, ordering Improvement P-85-20A, and
<br />authorizing the preparation of plans be adopted.

<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded, that Food World,
<br />Inc. DBA Chop Stick Inn application for On-sale
<br />and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 1744 N.
<br />Lexington Avenue for 1986 be approved with the
<br />condition that the required liquor liability
<br />insurance certificate and surety bond be provided
<br />before the licenses are issued. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Curley seconded, that the following
<br />liquor licenses be approved for renewal for the
<br />calendar year 1986, with the condition that the
<br />required insurance certificates and surety bonds
<br />be submitted before the licenses may be issued.

<br />and Demos.
