<br />the regular meeting of December 2, 1985 be approved.

<br />Koalska's request for final plat at 1844-1848
<br />Merrill Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Ternes' request for rezoning from R-1 to I-1 at
<br />2328 Terminal Road be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Curley moved, Kehr seconded, that Ordinance
<br />988, rezoning property at 2328 Terminal Road from
<br />R-1 (single family) to I-1 (light industrial) be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />7842, amending the Roseville Tax Increment
<br />Financing Plan be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and Demos.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Woodbridge
<br />Properties, Inc. request for Comprehensive Plan
<br />Amendment from low/medium residential to business
<br />at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North be approved.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson.
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Curley moved, Franke seconded, that Woodbridge
<br />Properties, Inc. request for rezoning from I-1,
<br />R-l, R-2, and B-3 to B-4, and Special Use Permit
<br />for Planned Unit Development and office/service
<br />structure at 1845-3107 Cleveland Avenue North be
<br />approved with the following conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That development occur as per plans submitted
<br />November 20.
<br />2. That staff approve final landscape and engineering
<br />plans.
<br />3. Tha~ the Development Agreement is signed.
<br />
