<br />Johnson seconded, that the City
<br />Matson moved,
<br />Manager be instructed to send reports from
<br />legal counsel regarding status of complaint
<br />filed by Alvin Kehr against the City to all
<br />Council members except Mr. Kehr.The Council
<br />shall be provided copies of State Statutes
<br />relative to conflict of interest.
<br />Further the
<br />City shall maintain an account for all expenses
<br />incurred relating to the complaint.

<br />Scott and Kathleen Elfstrom's request for
<br />division of lot at 728 W. County Road C.
<br />2.
<br />Fairview Development Company request for
<br />sign variance at 1928-48 West County Road C.
<br />3.Ordinance amendment regarding the construction
<br />of principal structures on major thoroughfares.
<br />Turnaround driveways would be required to
<br />eliminate the need to back into theright-of-
<br />way.

<br />(MSA 160.241) from County Road B-2 toOakcrest
<br />Avenue,be adopted.
