<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />applications be referred to the March 5 Planning
<br />Commission meeting, and establishing the Council
<br />public hearings for the meeting of March 17.

<br />2. Wilfred Spear request for preliminary plat at
<br />2140, 2150 Cleveland and 2030 County Road B.

<br />7863, receiving the feasibility study for Project
<br />St-85-14, and authorizing a public hearing on the
<br />improvement for February 24, 1986, be adopted.

<br />E-10 Cushman moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7864, prohibiting parking on Cleveland Avenue on
<br />both sides of the street from Oakcrest Avenue to
<br />Prior Avenue, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />E-11 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7865, for apportionment of assessments on the
<br />requested division of properties by Ramsey
<br />County, be adopted.
