<br />E-14 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Ordinance
<br />No. 998, amending the Roseville City Code by
<br />amending Section 8.370 and Section 12.055 (1)
<br />providing for variances to the non-motorized
<br />pathway requirements of the code, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution 7901,
<br />authorizing an amendment to Resolution 7506 adopted
<br />on May 9, 1983 which sets forth City special
<br />assessment policies, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Matson, Johnson, Kehr, Cushman, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-15 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />7902, approving the plans for ST-85-14, and
<br />ordering the advertisement for bids, be adopted.

<br />W-85-27 be approved, and ordering the advertisement

<br />E-16 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the street
<br />easement for American Street be received, and
<br />instructing the City Attorney to record the
<br />easement with the County Registrar of Deeds.
