<br />E-16 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7915, instructing the City staff to prepare a
<br />petition to be submitted to the Rice Creek Board
<br />of Managers asking for the abandonment of County
<br />Ditch 5, and instructing the staff to request the
<br />City of New Brighton to take a similar action inas-
<br />much as the ditch continues into their community,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-17 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that an agreement
<br />with Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. to provide
<br />engineering services on Projects ST-84-14 and P-ST-
<br />85-24, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman,
<br />Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-18 Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that the following
<br />items be referred to the July 2, 1986 Planning
<br />Commission meeting and establishing the Council
<br />Public Hearings for the July 14 meeting.

<br />1. Review of new Tax Increment Financing District
<br />No.5.
<br />
<br />2. Lincoln Companies request for preliminary plat,
<br />amendment to Comprehensive Plan, Special Use Permit,
<br />and rezoning from I-I to B-4 at 1665 County Road C.
<br />
<br />3. Costco request for amendment to Comprehensive Plan,
<br />Special Use Permit, and rezoning from 1-2 to B-4 at
<br />1947 West County Road C.
<br />
<br />4. Frieda Schulze request for division of lot at 3010
<br />Cleveland Avenue.
<br />
<br />5. Ervine Zaspel request for division of lot at 2130
<br />William Street.
<br />
<br />6. Robert Pope request for Special Use Permit (revised
<br />P.U.D.) at 2250 Victoria.
