<br />E-5 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7918, receiving the feasibility study for
<br />Project P-83-06, and ordering a Public Improve-
<br />ment Hearing for July 28, 1986 be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E- 6 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Resolution
<br />7919, receiving the feasibility study for
<br />Project P-86-16, and ordering a Public Hearing
<br />for July 28, 1986, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E- 7 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Easement No.
<br />85-7-4 from Mr. and Mrs. Donalds be approved,
<br />and the City Attorney be instructed to record
<br />said easement at Ramsey County. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E- 8 Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Pathway
<br />Easement 86-11 No. 1 along County Road B be
<br />approved, and the City Attorney be instructed
<br />to record the easement with the County Registrar
<br />of Deeds. Roll Call, Ayes: Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Kehr, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that utility
<br />easements 82-15-1 and 82-15-3 for Alta Vista
<br />Drive be approved, and the City Attorney be
<br />instructed to record these utility easements
<br />with the County Registrar of Deeds. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Cushman, Johnson, Matson, Kehr, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.
