<br />7969, requesting more stringent safety standards
<br />for pipelines and other carriers of hazardous
<br />materials, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Johnson,

<br />E-5 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />7970, authorizing the City Manager to submit a
<br />grant application in the amount of $1,960 to the
<br />State of Minnesota Energy and Economic Development
<br />Justice Grant Program on behalf of the Northwest
<br />Suburban Youth Service Bureau, be adopted. Roll

<br />Snelling Avenue and County Road C, identified as
<br />Project P-86-19, and ordering the preparation of
