<br />E-14 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />7976, appointing Election Judges and Alternate
<br />Judges for the Primary Election on September 9 and
<br />the General Election on November 4, 1986, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman,
<br />Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-15 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following
<br />items be referred to the September 3, 1986
<br />Planning Commission meeting, and establishing
<br />the Council Public Hearings for the September 8,
<br />1986 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />1. Curtis Brown request for division of lot at
<br />1754 Alta Vista Drive.
<br />
<br />2. Esther Logerquist request for rezoning from
<br />R-2 to R-4 at 2088 Fry Street.

<br />E-16 Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Fire Department's request to conduct lawful
<br />gambling activities on October 5, 1986 without
<br />obtaining a State gambling license,be approved.

<br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the gambling
<br />application for the Humane Society of Ramsey
<br />County at 2540 North Cleveland Avenue be approved.
