<br />8002, declaring the adequacy of a petition for
<br />Project ST-P-86-22, and ordering the preparation
<br />of a feasibility report be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E- 9 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Change Order
<br />No.1, for the Trunk Highway 36 North Frontage
<br />Road from Fairview Avenue to West Perimeter
<br />Drive, Project No. 85-20A, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />E-I0 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Amendment No.
<br />1 to the interagency cooperative agreement in
<br />conjunction with City Project No. 77-13B, and
<br />labeled as Contract No. 8509 between the
<br />Metropolitan Council and the City of Roseville,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson, Kehr,
<br />Cushman, Johnson, and Demos. Nays: None.
