<br />Regular meeting of the City Council - September 8, 1986.

<br />The City Council met on the above date with the
<br />following members present: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson,
<br />Matson, and Demos. Members absent: None.
<br />
<br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that the minutes of the
<br />regular meeting of August 25, 1986 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Matson moved, Johnson seconded, that the report by the
<br />Citizen's Committee for Residential Solid Waste Manage-
<br />ment Alternatives for Roseville be accepted, and the
<br />thanks of the City Council extended to the Citizen's
<br />Committee for its many hours of dedicated work. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lincoln
<br />Companies request for amendment to Comprehensive
<br />Plan at 1665 County Road C be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lincoln
<br />Companies request for rezoning from 1-1 to B-4 at
<br />1665 County Road C, be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded that Ordinance
<br />1003, rezoning Lincoln Companies property at
<br />1665 County Road C from I-I to B-4, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that Lincoln
<br />Companies request for Special Use Permit at
<br />1665 County Road C be approved with the following
<br />conditions:
<br />
<br />1. That the development should proceed as per
<br />plans submtited in the August 26, 1986
<br />package.
<br />
<br />2. Staff approval of street layout north of
<br />County Road C.
<br />
<br />3. Staff approval of landscape, utilities,
<br />lighting, and drainage plans.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson,
<br />and Demos. Nays: None.
