<br />of the Board of Commissioners for Parcel No. 4
<br />on Project No. 84-16 for the Glacier Park site in
<br />the amount of $663,102.24, be approved. The
<br />$34,602.24 not already on deposit with the Court
<br />is to be sent to the property owner. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that settlement
<br />on Parcel No. 5 on Project No. 84-16 with the
<br />Union Carbide ownership in the amount of $148,000
<br />plus various improvements to the site as a result
<br />of the project, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-13 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8009, declaring Meyer Contracting to be the low
<br />bidder for Project P-W-86-19, be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and
<br />Demos. Nays: None.

<br />E-14 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that Resolution
<br />8010, declaring the adequacy of the petition for
<br />Project P-86-20, and authorizing a feasibility
<br />study be prepared, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Kehr, Cushman, Johnson, Matson, and Demos. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />E-15 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that Central
<br />Park Foundation's request to sell pull tabs in
<br />Central Park on September 27, 1986, without
<br />obtaining a State Gamlbing License, be approved.

<br />E-16 Matson moved, Cushman seconded, that the Council
<br />Work Session to be held on Thursday, September 18,
<br />1986 begin at 4:00 p.m. rather than 5:00 p.m. Roll

<br />Demos. Nays: None.
