EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE * * * CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of June 1991, at 7:30 p. m. The following members were present: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8688B VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY AT 423 SOUTH OWASSO BOULEVARD WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the city Council held a public hearing to determine whether, or not a certain drainage and utility easement in the City of Roseville should be vacated; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said drainage and utility easement; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the drainage and utility easement as follows: That part of utility and drainage easement lying within Outlot B. Ferriswood which lies within the following described lines: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Outlot B; thence N o degrees 28 minutes 13 seconds W (assumed bearing) along the West line of said outlot B a distance of 651.87 feet; thence N 65 degrees 52 minutes 52 seconds E 103.36 feet; thence S 59 degrees 00 minutes E 30.0 feet to the point of beginning of the lines to be herein described; thence continuing S 59 degrees 00 minutes E 25.0 feet; thence N Sl degrees 00 minutes E 70.0 feet; thence S 84 degrees 42 minutes 14 seconds E 61.47 feet; thence N 39 degrees 00 City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby minutes W 5.0 feet; thence N 88 degrees 02 minutes 05 seconds W foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of said City 58.09 feet; thence S 67 degrees 31 minutes 06 seconds W 82.07 feet to the point of the beginning. The following conditions apply to this approval: 1. That a similar easement be provided when the adThinistrative lot division occurs.
