<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting of the City Council - November 17, 1986. <br /> <br />The City Council met on the above date with the <br />following members present: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and <br />Johnson. Members absent: None. <br /> <br />B-1 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that Lincoln <br />Companies request for final plat at 1665 <br />County Road C be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-1 <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Kehr seconded, that a private <br />meeting be established at 6:30 p.m., Monday, <br />November 24, 1986, to review with the City Attorney <br />potential litigation resulting from the proposed <br />Development Moratorium. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />C-2 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Matson seconded, that Tom Curley be <br />appointed mayor to fill the unexpired term of <br />former mayor June Demos. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr <br />and Matson. Nays: Cushman and Johnson. <br /> <br />Cushman moved that Vern Johnson be appointed mayor <br />to fill the unexpired term of former mayor June <br />Demos. Motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Donn Wiski <br />be appointed mayor to fill the unexpired term of <br />former mayor June Demos. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Cushman and Johnson. Nays: Kehr and Matson. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Johnson called for any further nomina- <br />tions to serve as mayor. There being none Mr. Johnson, <br />in accordance with Minnesota Statute 412.02, appointed <br />Donn Wiski to serve as mayor filling the unexpired <br />term of former mayor June Demos. <br /> <br />Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Donn Wi ski <br />be provided the opportunity to attend the NLC <br />Convention in San Antonio, Texas. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Cushman, and Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />1-1 <br /> <br />Kehr moved, Cushman seconded, that the meeting be <br />adjourned at 8:25 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Matson, Cushman, and Johnson.
