<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that a Public Hearing
<br />be established for the December 22, 1986, Council
<br />meeting to consider Beaneries of the Midwest, Inc.,
<br />DBA Brickoven Beanery Restaurant, application for
<br />On-Sale and Special Sunday Liquor Licenses at 2710
<br />N. Snelling Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Matson,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that a Public Hearing
<br />be established for the December 22, 1986, Council
<br />meeting to consider El Torito Restaurants, Inc.
<br />application for On-Sale and Special Sunday Liquor
<br />Licenses at 1925 W. Perimeter Road. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />Agenda, Items E-3 - E-9, be approved. Roll Call,

<br />Johnson moved, Cushman seconded, that petitions
<br />for the construction of Lincoln Drive and for the
<br />installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb
<br />and gutter, storm drainage, watermain, sanitary
<br />sewer, and necessary appurtenances be approved,
<br />and a feasibility study be prepared. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Kehr, Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski.

<br />82-15-5 for $811.14 be approved, and authorizing
<br />the City Attorney to record the easement with the

<br />release of an existing sanitary sewer easement
<br />and acceptance of a new sanitary sewer easement
<br />over the property located at 655 W. Larpenteur
<br />Avenue be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
<br />Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />Pavilion Place, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr,
