<br />Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the Consent
<br />Agenda, Items 5-8, 10 and 11 be approved. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-5 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />8059, declaring the adequacy of the petition
<br />for the extension of Patton Road and installation
<br />of utilities from approximately 750 feet to 1,300
<br />300 feet north of County Road C, City Project p-
<br />86-42, be adopted, and ordering the preparation of
<br />a feasibility report. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson,
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-6 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />8060, declaring the adequacy of the petition
<br />for reconstructing Grandview Avenue from
<br />Lexington to Chatsworth identified as City
<br />Project 86-47 be adopted, and ordering the
<br />preparation of a feasibility report. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Johnson, cushman, Kehr, and
<br />wiski. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />E-7 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that easements
<br />86-16-1, $7,752.88 plus damages; 86-16-2,
<br />$1.00; and 86-16-3, $1.00 be approved, and
<br />instructing the City Attorney to record them
<br />with the County Registrar of Deeds. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and
<br />Wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E-8 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that Resolution
<br />8061, approving Signal Agreement No. 63819
<br />covering State Project S.P. 6215-61 and 6216-
<br />101 for Snelling Avenue from Hoyt Avenue to
<br />County Road B be adopted, and authorizing the
<br />City officials to execute said agreement on
<br />behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Matson
<br />Johnson, Cushman, Kehr, and wiski. Nays: None.

<br />E- 9 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that Resolution
<br />8062, accepting the petition for Project 86-49
<br />be adopted, and ordering the preparation of a
<br />feasibility study. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr.
<br />Nays: Matson, Johnson, Cushman, and wiski.
<br />(Therefore, the project was denied.)

<br />E-10 Johnson moved, Kehr seconded, that the following
<br />item be referred to the January 7, 1987, Planning
<br />Commission meeting, and establishing a Public
<br />Hearing for the January 12, 1987, City Council
<br />meeting:
